MashUp: Madonna – Miles Away VS. Little Boots – Stuck on you. 

I keep thinking that I’ll see “Mile’s Away” soar up the charts for Madonna. But no, without a video release and with minimal promotion the single may have already petered out, with a disastrous UK music chart position of 39. On the other hand, Madonna’s “Sticky & Sweet” tour is now rated as the most successful single performer tour of ALL TIME – and she is only half done!  

Little Boots has remained shy to the charts, even after being voted the BBC Sound of 2009. Other music artist who made the longlist for the BBC’s Sound of 2009 have already topped the charts with Lady Ga Ga – “Let’s Dance” entering the chart at Number one. Remaining at the top of the charts long enough to hold Kid Cudi from topping the chart with his first single “Day & Night”.

Hope to see Little Boots rocket to the top of the pops charts in the near future. So far, the samples from the soon to be released CD for Little Boots are all sound great.

What a wonderful night! I Love Bellissima – recently voted “Hottest NEW Bar” in Atlanta.

Bellissima holds up to its name. Anna and Sue have transformed the space into a beautiful venue with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Serving delicious food with an extensive wine list, with many exclusive and vintage wines and champagne served by the glass.

New Years Eve was a magnificent evening – what a fun night!

Look forward to spinning in Atlanta soon… you girls are too much fun.

Thanks to the staff and crew at Bellissima for making me part of their family during the New Year’s celebration, and for including one on the guest list for Black-eyed Peas and Collard Greens – that certainly has to be the best way to bring in the New Year. And, the icing on the cake was having my Jacksonville FL crew out showing their support – much appreciated… the elements for a perfect New Year’s Party!

If you have not gone to visit Bellissima in Atlanta, do so, it is always a fun sophisticated night out. Bellissima is my favorite bar/restaurant to visit while in Atlanta GA.
